Our Privacy Policy aims to protect the personal data collected from users of our platform and visitors to our websites and landing pages, through established rules regarding the handling of data shared with us, as well as clearly sharing how information is collected, stored, used, and protected.

TEAM AND FIELD is a SaaS (software as a service) that provides services and therefore processes data entered by our clients and their users exclusively through the service contracted by them, with no use of their data for any other purpose or intention.

What data do we collect? www.teamandfield.com, www.pdvinfo.com.br We collect data when our forms are filled out or when a visitor requests more information about our services. Additionally, we may record visitor activities through cookies.

When a company acquires our services, we collect company data, as well as personal data that may include names, surnames, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and passwords of its employees when voluntarily entered by users or transmitted via APIs. Additionally, we may log all activities and pages visited by users of the application or management panel.

Other possible data collection during the use of our platform includes IP address, logical port of origin, geolocation, dates, times of activities and user access, type of device used and its operating system version, installed applications, session ID, internet connection data, and operation history.

Continued use of our platform is also considered acceptance of our practices regarding privacy and personal data.

Our clients can create custom forms and collect data from their respective clients - for which they are responsible - using our application, and then process the collected data and store it in our cloud. Additionally, our users can exchange messages and send files according to their information sharing needs. In these cases, TEAM AND FIELD will not access, review, share, distribute, or reference any personally identifiable information collected in this manner with third parties, except as stated in the Terms of Use with the respective clients or in the case of legal requirements. The eventual collection of such personal information from our clients' clients does not reflect any direct relationship of TEAM AND FIELD with these individuals whose personal data was processed in our system.

We do not collect personal data from children and adolescents under 18 years of age and recommend that our users do not allow third parties to access our platform, being responsible for the preservation and confidentiality of their logins and passwords.

TEAM AND FIELD is not responsible for the accuracy, veracity, or updating of data entered or collected by its users, with users being responsible for its quality.

If there are any risks or if it is understood that data processing may result in a violation of existing law, it may not be carried out.

Our site and platform may use cookies and other technologies for data collection, which are always used to improve the functionality of our systems, in accordance with our Cookie Policy, which can be blocked by the user, in which case some functionalities offered will be lost or limited.

As with most websites, we automatically gather certain information and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.

vi. Managing and fulfilling functions arising from the use of the system, as well as improving the user experience for contractors.

vii. Informing and promoting additional services, add-ons, and upgrades offered by TEAM AND FIELD and its commercial and technological partners.

viii. Conducting studies, research, and statistics on user behavior and interests in using our system.

ix. Communicating with clients about advertising campaigns, launches, promotions, offers, content, innovations, invitations to in-person and virtual events, member-get-member campaigns, relationship programs, among others.

x. To safeguard our rights and obligations related to the use of the platform, as well as to enrich our database and prevent fraud.

The email addresses provided are securely stored on our server and are not owned by TEAM AND FIELD but by our clients and users. Therefore, the emails stored will never be sold to third parties, and any attempts of unauthorized access will be repelled.

Data provided during phone calls or other contact methods may be used in the performance of support services or other necessary services to resolve issues, and calls may be recorded for training and quality control purposes.

Emails received for newsletters, e-books, or other materials offered are used only for sending relevant materials to the user, not shared with third parties for other purposes. You may at any time request the update of your data or opt out of receiving these communications, as all emails sent contain a link to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive them.

For the provision of some services, it is necessary to transfer personal information to other companies. This information is shared only for these purposes, with partner companies authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Some of these services include:

- Email and marketing communication service providers;

- Cloud computing infrastructure providers;

TEAM AND FIELD does not own the data collected by our clients through created forms, will not analyze them or share this content with third parties, unless such actions are explicitly requested by the contractor. Our access to the data is only intended to correct problems, provide support, and perform backups. The received data is stored securely and can only be downloaded through the management panel available to our clients and accessible through their logins and passwords, according to the Terms of Use. We take stringent security measures to protect the data stored on our servers and will pursue legal action against any unauthorized access attempts.

Data collected during the relationship with our clients will be retained for the time necessary to provide the contracted services, as long as the commercial contract lasts and there is no request for deletion. User data history may be kept for a longer period as required by law or applicable regulation, which may differ according to specific requirements of each client. Anonymous data is not subject to the above retention periods.

The data subject may request to view or change personal information through their accounts or support tools provided, having the following rights:

i. Right to limit the use, restrict, or request the deletion of their personal data;

ii. Right to withdraw consent or object to the use of their personal data, without needing to justify such a decision;

iii. Right to access their information, being able to update their personal data whenever necessary through the available channels;

iv. Right to data portability, being able to download, transfer, and reuse their data in other services of interest;

v. Right to object to the processing of their personal data for specific purposes (e.g., direct marketing), without affecting the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You can request your rights mentioned above and other existing rights by contacting our support team indicated on the platform. The response will be given as soon as possible.

TEAM AND FIELD acknowledges the right of its clients to access their personal information. However, there are situations where we have no direct relationship with the data entered on our platform, as these are directly entered by users in custom forms created by our clients, and therefore under their exclusive responsibility. If it is necessary to exercise any right regarding data collected in this manner, please contact the client in question to ensure that your request is properly addressed.

Should essential consents for the platform’s operation be revoked by the user, their resources and services may become unavailable.

All accounts are canceled at the moment the contract between TEAM AND FIELD and the client is terminated, with user access to the platform being revoked.

Upon termination of the contract, after maintenance periods and any legal requirements are completed, personal data and historical information will be deleted through secure disposal or used in an anonymized manner for statistical purposes.

If the user believes that their rights to personal data protection have been violated, they may at any time file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.

TEAM AND FIELD professionals have access to and process data according to their functions in order to provide the services for which we were contracted.

ii. Comment data is used by the marketing team, the product development team, or the team responsible for the blog or discussion forums;

iii. Job application data is used by the HR team and the team in charge of the position you applied for;

iv. Direct marketing data is used by the marketing and sales teams;

v. Usage and browser data is used by marketing and IT departments responsible for the operation of websites and landing pages.

Under no circumstances will your personal data be forwarded to third parties, unless required by contractual obligations, court orders, or orders from other competent public authorities, or if you have expressly requested data portability, giving consent for it.

TEAM AND FIELD, in order to serve global clients, may need to transfer data to other countries to ensure service delivery and meet client requests. The same procedure should be followed if you wish to have your company’s name removed from any client list or case study where it may appear.
