The Challenge

BRF's Christmas baskets with its products are a traditional gift during the holiday season, and they are marketed and delivered to tens of thousands of employees across various companies in Brazil. The logistics of storing the baskets at delivery and distribution locations, with full control over thousands of baskets in dozens of locations from north to south of the country, poses a time-sensitive challenge that needs to be overcome every year by a team of hundreds of people involved in the delivery process.

The Delivery

In order to overcome immense challenges and maintain operational control and security, the utilization of Team and Field technology is necessary for managing external teams responsible for executing the work, along with real-time data collection, which is essential for monitoring and promptly resolving any occurring issues.


Through the application, centralized control of the entire operation is possible, starting from product deliveries to distribution points across the country, and ensuring the proper implementation of distribution infrastructure using refrigerated containers, freezers, tents, and counters.


Furthermore, it's crucial to ensure standardization and quality of communication materials and signage at each location, as well as to convey relevant information to the promoters involved in the delivery of the packages.


Once all the aforementioned information is collected, agency managers and BRF (Brazil Foods) have organized access to operation details directly on the Team and Field Management Dashboard. This includes information about ongoing field operations, alerts regarding product shortages in specific locations, or the need for replenishment or adjustments in communication materials used.
